Tim Engelhardt recently hit us with a rather special outing on the superb Sincopat label and carries on to deliver the goods with his latest slice of deepness on Einmusika. ‘Vega’ is emotional and uplifting, with classy house structures and a unique build up that does a trick or two. ‘Trust’ is more complex and comes with a dreamy atmosphere. This is one of those tunes which don’t need any dark elements to create a certain euphoria on worldwide floors, thanks to a sweet, melodic synths and nice summery drum programming. On top there is a massive remix by Beatamines who injects ‘Vega’ a pumping bass line and some industrial cold sounds without losing the great vibe of the original. A mind-expanding remix full of booty-shaking elements which makes me think this is an essential EP overall.
