The ever busy Swede that is Peter Major alias Opolopo, has after already delivering an artist album, come back to prime label Local Talk to re-tweak some of the labels catalogue to great effect. The production chameleon he sometimes is, shows his slightly deeper face here, at least compared to his often very soulful outings on labels like Z, Reel People Music or Soulstice to name but a few. Revisiting tracks from Jamie 3:26 & Masalo, Soulphiction, Kiko Navarro, DirtyTwo, Jaxx Medicine or Soul Renegades in his typical skippy, uplifting style fuses deeper House, Disco, Jazzy Beats and Electronica rather perfectly. What you get are 10 tracks of the highest quality, all useable for the floors to maximum result. Greatness.
