When I was asked to remix this amazing original track it was a no brainer. I approached it knowing exactly the direction I wanted to go- I really took note of the lyrics and era it was on about. The early 2000s clubbing days with that percussive, live funky sound. I added real crowd noise, a resampled loopy baseline (cut up from the original track) and loads of energy to try and take the listener back to that time!

Us Two- Santa Maria – NO ART

I just love what Us Two does on his productions- loads of energy, great percussion and just a really fresh feel to every release. This track really works in my sets and I love that the energy just keeps building with that cool shepherd tone riser.

Kideko  – Burning Love – Future Disco

Kideko always comes correct with his productions and this is no exception. Its a proper feel good disco anthem, it really gives you a great feeling and energy when you listen or play it out.

Ammo Avenue  – How Good – DFTD

This track just sounds so fresh and current, it’s got a great hook and is just a class track perfect for the clubs!

SILAS (UK)  – Drumba – Toolroom Trax

‘Drumba’ is one of my proudest releases, it’s just a proper percussive weapon that I made in the back of a car on the way to a family holiday in France! It gained huge momentum on Traxsource and peaked at number 8 on the tech house charts as well as being in the ‘Best Of’ charts for 5 consecutive months!

Claptone – Wanderlust (Crusy remix) – Golden Path Recordings

Crusy does it again with this great remix of ‘Wanderlust’, Its chunky, percussive and has his signature sound that just lifts any remix he does. I love the original too but this remix takes it to the next level for my taste.

Weiss, Byron Stingly – Love You – Fool’s Paradise

I really love what Fool’s Paradise are doing at the moment on the label and this track is a standout one for me. It has a great piano hook and amazing vocals. Its got that real classic house feel to it.

Loz Seka  – Rude Boi – Toolroom Trax

I am a real sucker for a ragga vocal and this track brings a huge ragga vocal with some real tech house energy.

Illyus Barrientos  – Peoples PRTY – The Cross Records

Big disco sample and a proper meaty bassline on this one by Illyus, the original sample is from an old Sylvester record ‘Over and over’. Always goes down well in my sets.

SILAS (UK), Adam Dolby – Disco Vibe (always love lovin’) – Addicted Room

Adam and I met while studying with the toolroom academy a few years ago and decided to bring our sounds together to create this track. It has a bouncy bassline, 80s inspired piano hook and just a proper feel good disco vibe to it! It always makes the cut into every live set.
