You can always rely on the High Tide label for top tunes. Even though they are only four releases strong they have turned plenty of heads and it is easy to see why. Next up is Mongo with a Planet Mongo EP featuring two of his new cuts and top remix from the big man Alan Fitzpatrick.
That remix is first and is a nice and patient tune that sweeps you off your feet slowly but surely. The drums hit hard and are totally immovable, and the synths are succulently designed. The addition of some female voices adds a human and steamy element to this sure to be big remix. The original is more melodic and patient, with gently tumbling chords draped over rolling drums. Last of all, Otherside is a deep and heady tune with bell sounds, warped synths and smooth drums that will keep you dancing for hours.
