Dark & foreboding sounds from PJ Davy, razor sharp acid lines and drum sounds working up a bit of fizz under that distinctive Hoover sound, it just grows and grows in an unforgiving manner. You’ll know it the moment you hear it, and it’s definitely one for the bigger rooms. Harcourt & Welton provide a more useful alternative, stripping it back for a more minimalist aesthetic, a sturdy bassline adding some dub to create a cleaner and funkier feeling mix overall.
