Normally associated with the Botchit & Scarper label, SOTO provides fledgling Menu Music label with this electro rocking party gem. Mid-tempo breaks, cut up hip-hop vocals, plentiful bass and a familiar electro riff – if anyone ever needs a definition of what funky party breaks is, play them this tune loud, they’ll get the message. Finland’s Rico Tubb’s also has a go at roughing it up even more, harnessing the enery and building it all up to a massive wall-of-sound breakdown, allowing lush ambient sounds centre stage before slowly re-introducing the mayhem. Dancefloor carnage guaranteed.
