The ‘As Told On the Eve Of… ‘album is one of the year’s best and the follow-up to the ‘Dude Bond 334’ single one of its standout tracks. There’s a tangible sense of impending doom simmering through the rumbling shuffle-groove and unsettling fx which are topped with a sound not unlike a robot’s penis dropping off. Mike Shannon’s stellar remix glues said appendage back on for a bassy thumper which retains the unsettling vibe but also sticks a bulbous rocket up its back passage fior the dancefloor.
