To compliment the release of the new ‘Jupiter Jive’ album, Soma also present the track ‘All Star Geek’ in a slimmed down single release. It’s dark, with a general air of menace and disorientation, thanks to some weird fx throughout. In short, it’s ace. Label mates Let’s Go Outside put it in the minimal processor bringing out more of the glitch factor alongside some sterling 4/4 work. ‘Moody Bastard’ rounds things off with a similar theme but with more Detroit funk laced into the grooves; also presented in a very cool refuelled form from one Ed Davenport.
