It’s about time that this got the re-release remix re-package treatment. A classic in its day, the beginning of Ellis D and Rennie Pilgrem, sold by the truck load and if you don’t know this track you don’t know your dance music history sir! (Apparently the original vinyl can go for £100, I’m not selling mine). Here we have a host of remixes by, amongst others, the original protagonists, Rennie Pilgrem’s fat P funk re lick and new take on the old Skool and Ellis Dee stadium breakbeat. Slumdog provide some furious D N B, Newton stays true to the original. Faves of the bunch are Black Noise wobble b line mix, tasty and emotive and,Caper’s rather sexy and deep dubstep remix. Fat package.
