5 by Djebali…finally this talented producer from Paris has released his first album. Have been supporting his music and label (also named Djebali) for a long time. he never fails on either the production or DJ front. Every track is a jewel.
Remix
Indica Mornings by Miffy & Miller & Nicolau (Ben Rau Remix). Miffy & Miller & Nicolau are young talented new blood on the island. They are a breath of fresh air full of integrity and getting another great talent like Ben Rau in the remix was a winner. I am loving all of Ben’s production rightnow.
Label
Dogmatik. Consistently releasing 100% quality and have managed to do so for 10 years now.
Breakthrough label
Inermu by James Dexter. Apart from being a great producer himself, he has a great ear for A&R with some great releases already under the belt, and most definitely another addition to the humble crew in the business.
Producer
Two Diggers. Whether it is an original production or a remix, they never fail to impress me with their rolling groove house beats which always bring a positive result on the dance floor. Am looking forward to presenting an EP by them in 2017 on my label.
Festival
Have not been to one, they all happen in the summer when I am here on the island!
Music Conference
International Music Summit Ibiza. Just such a cool and friendly conference with amazing speakers accompanied by a whole host of parties across the island which also happens to be on my doorstep.
Radio Show
Jack’s House (sorry ha ha, I have been doing it almost 8 years now), I do love my own show thanks to all the producers that also contribute to it and the fact that it is what I most look most forward to every week. I spend so much time organising it each week amongst running the label and gigs etc, that I don’t get much time.
Mainstage DJ
Carl Cox…goes without saying, he is a legend and and an energy force to be reckoned with in the DJ booth. A man that clearly puts the crowd first.
Resident DJ
2Vilas, Pippi…….ohhhhhh sooooo many more. A lot of the resident DJs in Ibiza are top notch.

Personal highlight of 2016
Hosting 5 of my Jack’s House label nights for Carl Cox at Space including the Coxy closing, followed by the after party at Zoo project playing back2back with Alex Arnout #Ifyouknowyouknow and obviously playing the closing of Space.
