What’s the best night out you’ve ever had?
Shield: I had great nights at Utopia and Piekarnia in Warsaw, and at Ministry Of Fun in Slovachia. Lots of fun over there. I think that the best club and music scene is in Eastern Europe at the moment.
Cristiano: Really enjoyed Cafe Mambo in Ibiza Ale Ripa: The one that’s just about to start!

What’s your favourite club?
Opium Garden in Miami, Pacha in Ibiza.

What’s your favorite record of all time?
Shield: Frankie Knuckles “Tears”.
Cristiano: Steely Dan “Aja”.
Ale Ripa: Thievery Corporation “Libanese Blonde”, Saint-Germain “So Flute”.

What record can’t you stand?
Can’t stand any cheesy commercial songs and “Maranza”- italian dance music.

What was the first record that you bought?
Shield: Gat Decor “Passion”.
Cristiano :  Beatles “Let It Be”.
Ale Ripa : Cartoon music.

What was the last record that you bought?
Shield: Chab and Silicone Soul albums.
Cristiano: Doin’ it After Dark Vol 2 mixed by Groove Armada.
Ale Ripa: Chemical Brothers “Push The Button”.

What’s your favorite record shop?
Pure Groove London.

Name your three biggest influences.
Pink Floyd, Groove Armada, Massive Attack.

What’s your poison?
The sun.

Who would play you in ‘NUfrequency’ the movie?
Harrison Ford, Juliette Lewis, Benicio del Toro and Keanu Reeves.

What’s your dream?
Touring the world playing our music. Hopefully we are going to do live sets shortly.

How do you escape?
Shield: I lock myself in my studio or go to the mountains.
Cristiano: I go sailing.
Ale Ripa: I listen to the music.

What’s your favourite possession?
Our computer and records collection.

What’s your greatest passion other than music?
Shield: Music J.
Cristiano: Sailing.
Ale Ripa: Art in all its forms.

What / who makes you laugh?
Shield: My friends.
Cristiano: Peter Sellers.
Ale Ripa: Paradox.

When was the last time you committed a crime?
Can’t remember ­ it was a long, long time ago.

What is your life philosophy?
Not to think too much and press on.

What is the best piece of advice that you have been given?
Not to confuse the appearance with the reality.

If you were an animal what animal would you be and why?
A bird, and fly away and live free in the wild.

Who would you like to thank?
Tom Glide, singer of 808 (Why Oh Why), Sander Kleinenberg who first believed in the potential of the song, Pete Tong who strongly supported it and people who had patience and believed in us.

Projects for the future?
We’ve just finished remixing West London Deep “Inside My Head” for Wall of Sound and Jupiter Ace “1000 Years” for Manifesto. We are working on our next single and on album material.
