What’s the best night out you’ve ever had?
Probably Magic Sessions at WMC a few years ago. I was in love, buzzing on vodka and cranberry juice whilst Louie, Tony and Tedd provided the soundtrack.
What’s your favourite club?
It has to be Pacha in Ibiza especially when MOS were hosting Friday nights. I had some very emotional moments playing in the main room. Absolutely amazing!
What’s your favourite record of all time?
It’s impossible to choose one but “Last Night A DJ Saved My Life” was one of the records that got me into dance music as a young lad so I should mention that.
What record can’t you stand?
Anything that rhymes with dance and starts with a T.
What record did you loose your virginity to?
I wasn’t paying attention.
What was the first record that you bought?
I think it was Roxanne by The Police
What was the last record that you bought?
I last bought a bunch of soulful stuff a lot of stuff that doesn’t get mailed out. I always buy records. The one that sticks out is Sir Piers remix of Jill Scott’s “Golden”. Great job!
Name your three biggest influences?
Hip hop, Soul, Jazz-funk.
What’s your poison?
Old vinyl. I try to stay away from it. The last time I went into a record shop in New York I spent 1000 dollars. It’s addictive!
Who would play you in Seamus Haji the movie?
I’d say Robert De Niro although my wifewould probably suggest Bepe from Eastenders!
What’s your dream?
To make a living out of something I love, to have the love of a good woman and to have wonderful children. It’s a living dream!
How do you escape?
I love my life. Why should I want to escape?
What is your favourite possession?
It’s a tuff call between my record collection and my house.
What’s your greatest passion other than music?
What / Who makes you laugh?
Peter Kay, Rick Gervaiis, Chris Rock, Billy Connolly, Little Britain, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Johnathon Ross, Whose Line Is It Anyway, my mates and my kids.
When was the last time you committed a crime?
I’m a DJ and I travel all over the country. U figure it out!
What is your life philosophy?
Do what you feel is real!
What is the best piece of advice that you have been given?
Smoke the ganja but leave the rest alone.
What is in your pockets?
Keys, cash and Lipseal.
If you were an animal what animal would you be and why?
If you’ve heard the story about the tortoise and the hare then I’d be the latter for obvious reasons.

Donna Summer, James Brown, Grace Jones, Talking Heads, Sylvester, Larry Levan, DavidBowie, Scissor Sisters, Roy Ayers, Selma Hayek, Stevie Wonder and more.
When was the last time that you embarrassed yourself?
The time I passed out in The Box at MOS whilst playing the end set. I managed to get through the cold sweat and play my last record. I was ill…honest!
