Don’t expect anything too serious from the Young Punx – but expect instead
some seriously good, mashed-up tunes. It’s no wonder Fatboy Slim has
expressed his admiration for the duo, as Hal Ritson and Cameron Saunders
consistently deliver up-for-a-party anthems atop some pretty hefty beats.
The guitar-powered ‘Wake Up, Make Up, Bring It Up, Shake Up ‘ is a treat,
while ‘Fire’ is a disco cut that reaches so high it bangs its head on the
glitterball. Quoting the shipping forecast in ‘Rockall’ makes for some
unexpectedly entertaining word play, something the Punx seem to be very good
at. Definitely one to pump yourself up before a night out!
