Next single from quality ‘Six Million Ways To Live’ album. Now by all accounts Barry Ashworth is as qualified as any to prescribe the ‘official chemical’ to anyone! And here he does in skanking-dub-funk-chunk style. The original should be on the radio and making everybody ferociously throw their head back and forth on the way to work. The Touche remixes are the little gems here though. Taking off from his ‘Soul Shaking’ remix this is more of that dirty housey electro beaty vibe that worked so well on his previous ‘Pistols re-rub. It’s got some almost ‘country’ guitar sheee-it going too. Which can’t be bad. Dogtown Clash remix is also a bit tasty, albeit in a more stripped down, heads down, later on way. And then you’ve got a Beach Boys, Hawaiian surf rendition that is also highly listenable. Great package.
