Taken from the critically album ‘Saturday Night Lotion’, the Plump DJ’s are set to unleash the very funky ‘Dr Dub’, which takes elements of the Thompson Twins ‘Doctor Doctor’, rinsing them out and putting them alongside cracking rhythms, simplistic key riffs and all manner of effects deep in the echo chamber. On the flip you’ll find the highly sought after ‘Blackjack’, as it rolls like an out of control juggernaut, smack bang into some bent out of shape keys, previously only heard on the Sony PSP Wipe Out game. The goose is getting fat and the Plump DJ’s is where it’s at.
