Quite a queue of talent to remix Swedish popsters Love Is All, and it makes for an album that’s a cut above the average remix fodder, thanks to the wide variety of chosen acts. The Bees add a warm brass section to ‘Make Out Fall Out Make Up’, though this sometimes sounds at odds with the shrill vocal, perhaps better suited by Chicken Lips’ CSS-style funky turn. Optimo gives a highly charged workout to ‘Busy Doing Nothing’, but most successful are the two interpretations of ‘Turn The Radio Off’, given a pulsing, hypnotic remix by Maps and a beautifully spun-out slower take from Studio. Including Hot Chip, Tape Deck and Metronomy in the remixers list, this is a collection well worth seeking out.
