In which brothers Javier and Luis Garayalde build handsomely on the promise shown in their last album ‘Everyday Life’ in 2004. On this extended album over 2CDs they sound more assured, yet remain capable of an astounding variety of styles. ‘Face One’ is if anything the more varied, with genuine Latin tracks such as ‘Dejejo’ rubbing shoulders with soul, funk, broken beat and even song based material. ‘Face Two’ gets down to business on the dancefloor, with impressively full bodied house tracks such as ‘Funky Stuff’ and ‘Start To Play’. The interest level doesn’t drop once, for this is a hugely accomplished album from a talented pair of siblings.
