All tracks were recorded under Clement Dodd’s beady eye, and needless to say a rarity or three will entice collectors. Mr Foundation’s ‘See Them A Come’ falls into this category, while Roy Richards’ ‘Get Smart’ is guaranteed to raise a smile. On the darker lyrical side, Johnny Osbourne’s ‘Murderer’ and Bob Andy’s ‘Crime Don’t Pay’ have lyrics to ignore at your peril! A valuable history lesson from these reliable teachers.
