Any album that contains Lenny White’s sublimely upbeat and rarely heard ‘Didn’t Know About Love (Till I Found You)’ is gonna score high with me. Little wonder then that is another five star collection from the Warner’s vaults worthy of shouting about. With midtempo dancers from Kleeer (‘Intimate Connection’), Patrice Rushen (‘Feel So Real’) and Chaka Khan (‘Eye To Eye’), it’s left to the anthemic ‘I’m Sick And Tired’ by Larry Graham and the funk of Steve Arrington’s Slave (‘Watching You’) and Pieces Of A Dream (‘Mt Airy Groove’) to bring the temperature to boiling point.
