Heading the fourth instalment from the already quality catalogue we have ’Soul Samba’ kicking off with they’re trademark drums. Marky and XRS get you nodding from the moment the needle touches the record, as the intro builds high pass amen breaks roll alongside filtered piano stabs and deep haunting vocals that send you in a trance towards the break where the music really comes in with jazzed out rolling pianos and swirling effects that neatly build into some well produced beats keeping it musical all the way. On the other side we have the VIP mix of ’Breeze featuring the sweet souled out vocals of Cleveland Watkiss’ Marky turns this silky smooth number into something for the dance-floor keeping with the original’s soulful vibe.
