Usually found in the lower BPM genres, this is one of the many highlights of Will Holland’s “Mishaps Happening” LP, now given a full 12″ release. You can’t mistake it. Funkier than a James Brown solo, it kicks off with an extended drum solo before dropping into some proper horns and bass action. Hospital Record’s Nu:Tone step up to the deck to iron it out and give it a smoother flow, allowing the female vocals and the brass plenty of space to breathe.
