It’s disco time as Reform Recordings hit us with this little belter; a funky bassline driven techy number. Based around a very familiar bass riff, this has a lot going for it, and would be a good choice to warm up an early doors dancefloor. Nick Dares “Deep Orange” remix takes things into slightly more commercial realm, but we think this is the real winner of the package, having the legs to be useful to a whole range of DJs. It’s based around an instantly familiar funky horn loop which is teased and filtered throughout the arrangement to create a proper Saturday night anthem. This one has been turning heads and eliciting questions every time we have dropped it. Just listen out for the Atmosphere “Dancing In Outer Space” vocal sample and you know you have clocked it.
