The Count & Sinden
Mega
Domino

This record has been sitting in the long grass for months but now the beast has pounced and bitten us in the ass. Set to be the biggest tune of the summer by conquering Ibiza, mainstream radio and underground clubs and festivals globally. The DJ support covers every genre from Zane Lowe and Annie Mac to Grove Armada and High Contrast with love from Kiss, XFM and even the NME.  If you still haven’t heard this out yet, well you need to leave the bingo halls and get your ass down a club. But until then here’s my take on this club monster. As the title says it’s mega and that my friends is not the mega of the 90’s like ‘my new power ranger robot is mega cool’ but mega as in big club destroying riff and beats. The break when it drops is a titanic orchestral sweep that fire’s up your hearts and minds to prepare for the final battleground while the autonomous vocal stamps the chorus line ‘MEGA’ into your flesh. Just when you feel the end is nigh the bodyslam riff and groove jumps in and it is game over on the dancefloor with its twisting Basement Jaxx/Stanton Warriors styled carnival bashment and old school stabs. Its repetitive and insane pattern kicks over once again to bounce you round the floor with no return, a hard act to follow indeed. The Count and Sinden have been cooking up the club scene for many years with their eclectic mixes and killer tracks but this might be their finest hour.
