THE SUPERIMPOSERS
I WAIT FOR YOU
LITTLE LEAGUE PRODUCTIONS

Much heralded on the back of a handful of micro 45 pressings – that’s micro as in distribution rather than physical size – The Superimposers present some new material to wow even more people this summer (a new full length album is promised soon).  They follow the pastures of bands like Air and Beta Band, bringing with them their own influences, like David Axelrod or The Beach Boys.  “I Wait For You” is a wonderfully hazy take on a Sun Ra song, re-tweaked here by Boston Rodriguez, oozing sunny vibes and a passion for psychedelia.  “Superimposers” on the flip cuts more of a rug with some jazz ‘n’ blues rhythm kept together by a lisped piano hook.  Soulful music for lazing the day away.
