One of the best upcoming disco DJs around, we’re pretty pleased to report that Natasha Kitty Katt is just as good behind the boards as she is the decks, This double header has been tried and tested for us all summer, ‘Cosmic Bitch’ – with its lush strings, nagging bassline and euphoric late seventies vocal – is gloriously measured funk, perfect for warming up during house sets or building the energy during more peak time disco workouts.
‘Twisted Katt’, a collab with Twisted Soul Collective, is probably more immediate, less relevant for house heads but packing much more swing and groove in the process, a record that full of sunshine you need Factor 30 with your headphones. Expect to sashay to these belters everywhere from Tisno to Taunton this summer.
