Deeperfect is a stellar label run by Stefano Noferini. The Italian is a real master of infectious grooves and has been forever, and here he proves that once more with two tantalising cuts made in cahoots with Danniel Selfmade. Together the pair both bring something special to the table and as such this tidy two tracker is just what the doctor ordered.
Up first is Mr President, eight minutes of elongated tech house funk that slowly but surely gets under your skin. It has slick, loopy, rolling bass and careful toms scattered up top and some well deployed vocals to really get you hooked. On the flipside is Mr Coconut, another long track that snakes and slides its way through the groovy undergrowth. This one is filled with little subtle snare rolls and pumping percussive hits that keep calling at you every so often and pull you back into the groove. Overall these are two expertly designed dance tracks for the dance floor.
