2005 has definitely been Alex Smoke’s year, following his stunning debut album release, “Incommunicado”, and he’s not about to do anything to change that with this release. Lifted from the album, it comes with two remixes – his own “Casita Verde” remix, an amazing cavernously deep track that adds faint swirls of strings and clicking percussion, tt’s been finding favour with all kinds of DJs – the perfect example of why his sound sounds so vital right now. Vector Lovers give a circuit frying electro re-rub that’s all itchy melody and enery, pristine and cold as always.
