D.A.V.E. continues to refine ye olde banging blueprint with a grumpy retro-tech onslaught featuring mystery bloke, wonky old style acid riff and metallic sludge rifts. Then Android’s provocatively-titled ‘Goldie Is Dead’ harks back to a time when minimal meant cranium-crunching stomperama with nagging riffs and mice dropping their strides.
