You know when these two get together they put on their goggles and dive into a feast of hallucinogenic circuit abuse and musical foraging. ‘White Light’ rides a light, skipping beat topped with hovering strings, dramatic chords and jazzy, quivering. Rather sultry amidst all the after-hours laboratory cavorting going on. ‘Black As You Like’ starts as a minimal belcher, spooked and jerky, before entering the dark duo’s favourite nightmare garden wher radioactive fly-traps snap at the nads, ancient worms masturbate, all presided over by a talking hippo. Another masterful blend of creeping groove and cerebral carnage.
