For the fourth release on Marga and co’s esoteric label Detroit’s Jimmy delves into a proper acid house experience with a twist after the boogie-flavoured deep house of the title track is then given a primitive snare-and-303 makeover [Seth Troxler also reworks it into a malevolent bassy stomper]. ‘Young Thing’ also cranks up the 303 complete with whispery snarl making for a brilliant update of the classic Phuture vibe.
