First heard on Brique Rouge, Lil’ Wolf continues the fine Norwegian techno tradition but with several twists and a spectacular array of remixes. His deep, quirky and ever-shifting original gets handed to his mate Diskjokke who, working with Vinny Villbass, cooks up a pumping disco-boogie with winter wonderland dub upping the space quotient. Brendan ‘Beat Pharmacy’ Moeller ploughs a minimal furrow throwing out space-cakes as he goes. Magik Johnson [who are all these nutters?] hurls down a seasick, swirling smacker which is pretty mad before Ajello from Mantra Vibes takes it out on a high with marvellous Italo flavours and D Train synth squiggles plus sparkling new theme. Lil’ Wolf, big record!
