Canada’s Marco Grenier pops up on his mate DJ Preach’s Relic imprint with an impressive suitcase. Marco’s original is a chaotic big bass galloper with inflatable gonads, divebombing efx and filter action, partied up with rap snippets. Then there are three choice remixes. Seattle’s Donald Glaude introduces a deadly new bassline and mucho drop action. Columbia’s Mario Ochoa ropes in a stepping tribal kick pattern, morse code efxa and hi-hats for beavers in crash helmets. Lastly, Diego ‘Groove Man’ Ramirez uses skippy beats over which to go to town on the aural acrobatics. Solid set built for mad parties.
