Afer three floor-friendly twelves, Tomas Barfod trailers his upcoming debut album with three distinctive variations on his trademark warpedn acid-flecked disco-tech electrolisation. ‘I Kill Guitar’ a dee tech-house vehicle with strident riffs and Detroity pads. ‘Young Enough To Know’ is darker and grungy with acid squawks over the squeaky rollicking. Almost like a slowed down Stay Up Forever kneesup! ‘Ist So Hot’ is malevolent electro-funk with sheets of noise and nad-whacking timbale antics. Should be a good album.
