New Jersey’s Junior Sanchez has long been digging the rock-house fusion along US pals Felix Da Housecat and Armand Van Helden. With its spiky guitary synths, distorted vocoder and pounding 4/4 pace, ‘The Last Dance’ is in full new-wavey mood but unfortunately fails to really make a lasting impression. Shame as Sanchez has proved in the past that he could do as well as the other two if not better.
