1 Luca Bisori – Down The Box – (Big Speaker Music)
I’m very happy to join Joe Ventura’s Big Speaker Music label with ‘Down The Box’. I have been following his label since the beginning and I immediately appreciated the imprint he gave to it. I built a very fitting groove track in my usual style. The restart in the central break with the sample voice in loop and the melodic keys I’m sure will transmit a massive energy. Test it!
2 Riva Starr, Oliver Dollar, Mikey V – About The Music (Snatch! Records)
I immediately had a pleasant sensation from the first I listened, but with such artists it would not be otherwise. One of my favourite tracks! Settled underground groove, dope vocal… a must have!
3 David Amo, Julio Navas, Gustavo Bravetti – Raw (Tony Romera Remix) – (Toolroom)
Over 10 years after the Original version, the french Tony Romera release on Toolroom with this energetic remix of “Raw”. From the first listen I fell in love with the underground atmosphere and I felt the strong energy that this remix transmits. I’m sure it’ll do a great job on the dance floor.
4 Not So French – Soda Pop (Harry Romero Remix) – (Music For Dreams)
Harry is one of my favourite artists of the scene. I love everything he touches and also this time, his remix of “Soda Pop” didn’t disappoint me. He manages to always create a strong energy with his fitting grooves, and I’m always dazzled by his use of effects and automations. He’s exceptional!
5 Felix Leiter – Be Somebody – (Sola)
Excellent production on Sola. Felix Leiter combine masterfully the drum with synth arp and energetic percussion. The “preacher” voice makes me so crazy and complete the whole. This mixture it’s explosive!
6 Low Steppa, Queen Rose – Together – (DFTD)
My British friend Low Steppa returns on DFTD with this new release “Together” featuring Queen Rose. He connected a very decisive beat, melodic keys with the beautiful Queen Rose’s voice.. Another bomb to add to his catalog.
7 Luca Bisori – Left and Right – (Hotfingers)
My second release on Alex Kenji’s label scheduled for September, almost a year after my first “Don’t Stop”. Also this time I used a raw drum.. sub bass and a Rob Papen Raw’s synth than in the two main breaks follows the vocal-line until the restart. Massive impact on the dancefloor!
8 Darius Syrossian, George Smeddles – Sonido – (Moan)
I like very much this release! The very strong rhythm, the pulsating bass and the synth keys combined with the vocal create this deep and underground mixture that will make you mind travel from the first to the last second.
9 Jansons, Notelle – Stutter – (Circus Recordings)
From 2009 “Circus Recordings” is synonymous with electronic music quality. This hypnotic rhythm combined with the “dope” female vocal will make you move for sure!
10 César De Melero, D.O.D. – 1,2,3,4 (David Penn Remix) – (Urbana Recordings)
Like always a massive David Penn’s remix for César De Melero and D.O.D. out on his label Urbana Recordings. Excellent combination between bass and synth-line which creates a massive and solid dough. In the main break David add his “classic” melodic keys and strings. 1, 2, 3, 4 …this is a groove!
Luca Bisori ‘Down The Box’ is out now on BIG Speaker Music.
