Following their incendiary debut album, NagNagNag duo Jonny Slut and Fil OK aren’t letting up their rousing barrage of electronic sleaze-pop mini-masterworks. These two trailers for September’s second album come as both 7-inch single [wahoo!] and downloads. The vinyl contains the originals, both strong, melodic electro-sleaze pop with grit under the gloss. The download contains further mixes: ‘I’d Prefer Not To’ gets shagged with a rusty cheese-grater electro-codpiece by Milan’s Adrian Canzian and tweaked acidically by Glasgow’s Dolby-Anoi. Atomizer themselves hammer ‘Rot Of The Stars’ into a floor-burning cruise missile which has already caused mass destruction at their club. I love their attitude, refreshing attack and constant progression. They deserve to be huge.
