AJ Scent

1.SWAYZAK – DIRTY DANCING/FABRIC LIVE.
I love to open my sets with’make up your mind’, lovetheir live sets too, londoners making better music than detroit ever did and sounds great at home.

2.SOLID GROOVE ‘JUS DANCIN’
Loving Dave’s house stuff, its sooo cocky, he knowshe’s at the top of the gameand he’s still taking risks, cool…

3.JUAN ATKINS ‘VARIOUS MIX CD’S’
I like Juans old tracks, the’ve a distinct vibe andalways credable, he’s oneof my favourate dj’s – one ofthe few who go deeper instead of harder as thenight goes on.

4.MASSIVE ATTACK ‘100th WINDOW’
I’m only feeling the thrupence D vocal’s on this album not the nutty irish woman. – really futuristic, can’t wait to hear the nextone.

5.BILLY IDOL ‘GREATEST HITS+LIVE ALBUM’
You want 80s regresion then this is it, eyes without a faceand flesh for fantasy(-livemmmm) are my faves.

6.AMERICAN MUSIC CLUB
I’ve all their albums, just fantastic, I saw him in NY last year and he blew my mind, his music is some of the deepest on the planet, so troubled.

7.MORRISEY ‘YOU ARE THE QUARRY’
Proof that over 40s can keep up, this is so funnyand so individual, really enjoyable.

8.MAX FRESH ‘LEMONLOUNGIN’ CDR
This downbeat album is great if your friends are round for dinner! everyone seems to enjoy, a must for home listening.

9.PATRICE ‘RUSHIN’
If i’m down I listen to this and she always lifts my mood, love numberone/haven’t you heard/feel so real, lush 80s groovesand one of softest voices of that era.

10.MASTERCUTS ‘CLASSIC JAP JAZZ’
This album is class, a real find, I don’t like 70s funk but this japenese collection must have been made on saturn or something. Very avantguarde.
