Fred Everything

Since emerging in the mid-90s, Fred Everything has risen, via three artist albums, four mix compilations and a welter of remixes and singles for labels including Amenti, LCG, Loudeast and Lost My Dog, to become one of the world’s most respected propagators of the pure house ethic. Now he launches the first in a new series being started by San Francisco-based Om Records with a towering selection of his own tracks and remixes of artists including Lawnchair Generals, Pete Dafeet, Frank Solano, DJ Champion and Magik Johnson. Fred’s deeply-felt take on house music, as illustrated on tracks like Don’t Nobody [featuring guest singer N’Dea Davenport] and Here I Am [with Lisa Shaw] is cool, flowing and drenched in rich layers and euphoric cloudbursts. Also well as a master producer the man is also a shit-hot DJ, weaving the tracks into a beautifully-pulsating carpet, often capable of lift-off. Brilliant start to the new series.
