I’d wager this is the first ever collaboration between a Russian born producer (DJ Vadim), a New York MC (Blu Rum 13) and a Swedish singer (Yarah Bravo). The two vocalists are long standing musical partners from Vadim’s many and varied projects, and bringing them to gel on the same record seems to have been an effortless venture. The rapping is often thought provoking, the vocals beguiling and the musical influences as broad as you can imagine from such varied sources, Vadim excluding nothing but keeping hip hop beats as his main inspiration. It’s an excellent record, especially given its weighty title.
