Talk about a big fat remix package for this Depeche Mode EP, let’s start of with the huge remix from Mr Roger Sanchez that drives the throbbing bassline like a monster truck on nitro, the groove is solid and tight but it’s the vocal production and effect skills that cut it across the floor. Moving on to the producer of the year and Laidback Luke hits us with another screamer, the relentless audio attack is pure energy and kicks in with a huge riff that smashes the floor wide open, It’s a mad one to pinpoint with so many hooks and magic moments, best just to say but it and enjoy. Also on the EP is a big techno remix of Hole To Feed from Pop of that again could be lead track with it’s Christian Smith/Dusty Kid styled production. Other touches are Peter Bjorn and John eclectic mix on Fragile and the Joebot dubstep breaks remix on Hole is another banger for this surprise package of heavy hitters. With all the support coming in for this round the globe it’s a sure fire Buzz No1 for many reasons.
