Continuing into the theme of all things curious is this seductive production from Berlin residents Eric Volta & Sebastian Voigt via Visionquest. Breathy spoken vocals get teased by dark, fizzy bass as atmospheric synths bubble away dangerously in the background. An unsettling listen for sure this will no doubt sound most rewarding with the lights down low. Lee Curtiss once again delivers a great remix supplying a punchier edge with pulsating, funkier basslines giving the vocal more space and time to breathe. While the second track sees Eric Volta’s solo, ‘One Last More?’ explore broken beats and playful European styled synthesizers that push melody and warmth to the fore.
