Right from the outset this new album from the In-Beat-Ween Music main man Lay-Far espouses the kind of beautifully, gritty music that so easily lends itself to all occasions From deep, down dirty dancefloor grooves such as the blissfully aware ‘Lock and Rock’ straight onto the gritty jazzy House vibes of ‘Slope’ this excites on many levels. Collab’s are also on offer from the likes of Ashley Beedle & Darren Morris, Sean McCabe, Mark De Clive-Lowe, and Restless Soul so you know you’re in good company. Put that all together alongside the playful sense of musicianship on offer, which combines vocals and sassy instrumentation, and this album is set to play out across the summer and beyond.
