Following on from the recent release of the labels, ‘Atomic Age’ album comes this selection of four remixes highlighting some of the LP’s favourite moments. The Jimmy Edgar Remix of ‘White Light’ begins with a hypnotic array of electronic rhythms sounding edgy and funky while spaced out, breathy vocals add further colour to the arrangement. ‘Her Tonight’ sees the unrivalled Mr G let loose with his own brand of heavy-duty funkiness with pounding drums and hints of obscured melody setting it all alight. Kate Simko then relaxes the tempo on her version of, ‘Centerofattentionaut’ which contains a heavenly sequence of bass tones and ethereal voices to delight you. Leaving the False Image Traveller dub of, ‘Home’ to finish the EP off with tougher grooves feeling equally impressive.
