Tough Love have been making big moves in recent times, so it makes sense that they have now been snapped up by a major label in the form of Sony. This London pairing of Alex and Stef have been infusing their big house cuts with r&b, 90s dance, garage, swing and more besides and it has resulted in them being regulars in the UK chart as well as in demand DJs who play all over the world. This summer the pair had a much talked about Ibiza residency at Sankeys, ran their own Get Twisted label and also released a great compilation in the form of Redlight early in the year. This new single is entitled What You Need and comes as a radio edit and dub version, but the original is where it is at. With big steel drums, a catchy vocal line and rambunctious bass, it is another hands in the air, standout cut that will send any dance floor wild. The production is slick and robust, jumping from the speakers as the track plays out, and as a result the track is sure to make another huge impact on the charts.
