If you liked the stripped back simplicity of Tom Zanetti’s ‘Darlin’ of Format B’s ‘Chunky’, then ‘Drank & Drugs’ is calling your name. A dark dissonant bassline drives the track, whilst sparse beats splash around in the arrangement like E-d up youths in the Trevi Fountain. Originally surfacing in 2015 as Lil Kleine and Ronnie Flex’s Dutch spoken vocal that amassed 20m hits+ viral, this now obligatory Youtube sensation is cheeky fun and then some. Now cleaned up for european consumption as a less vocally challenged dub, it’s now two minutes forty eight of credible dutch cool that will work well on any floor.
