In it’s original mix ‘Tomorrow’ is typical Clinic, as loose twanging guitars, tub thumping beats and strung out harmonica work their way around the distinctive vocals, culminating in that much loved psychedelic swirling mass, that has become Clinic’s trademark sound. New York’s DFA have totally reworked ‘Tomorrow’ into a fat & funky slab of dirty 21st Century disco, not only have they changed the rhythms, they’ve also added strings, clarinet, all manner of synths and some electric vocals. ‘Tomorrow’ coincides with the brand new happening Planetarium Of The Soul, a collaboration between Clinic and animator Clemens Habicht, which promises to be a visual & sonic feast. Don’t forget the sugar cubes.
