Eine Kleine Nacht Musik translates as A Little Night Melody, and it’s the new project from Henry Smithson, better known as Riton. The stunning EKNM debut album was released earlier this year and from it comes the mind blowing ‘Feuerprobe’, which starts out like a scenic trip on the autobahn with snares building in the distance, making you wonder in anticipation what’s coming, then the acid riff arrives and you know there’s no turning back, closely followed by chunky beats with crashing cymbals, sending you on an intense and euphoric joyriding journey, that will make your hair stand on end whilst you grin like a maniac. ‘Feuerprobe’ comes with a Riton rerub which has got more of an electro feel, and a Rory Phillips Remix that takes a motoring house route.
