With the assembled talent it’s really hard not to get excited by this American/Spanish collaboration that finds The Scumfrog’s neartrademark stark, and yet funky sound, the dominant factor. In the Original version it’s a chunky house mind-enveloping journey into never-never land with equally eerie female vocal ad-libs complimenting the pulsating synth-lines and rasping basslines. Peter Gelderblom’s remix strips the effects back to allow the tripped out vocals greater room to hypnotize, while Gabi Newman’s version boarders on electro-pop and with a distinct ’80s flavour.
