I’ve always loved this vocal. It goes down brilliantly every time I play it and has all the ingredients of a timeless house record: soul, groove, a driving bassline and beautifully sultry vocals.

I’m a huge fan of Bastian. He consistently puts out records I love to play, and this has been one of my secret weapons over the past four months. It gets an incredible reaction every time.

Disco chops have always been my thing, and this does exactly what I want from a record. Nothing overcomplicated—just an infectious groove that keeps the dancefloor locked in and wanting more.

One of my favourite labels, consistently releasing timeless house music. This record instantly lifts your spirits. We all need more music like this in our lives.

What can I say? This is the record that kicked it all off. It’s still in the beatport Top 10 and still getting played every week in clubs like Pacha and DC10. Massive love to ANOTR, Solomun, Peggy Gou, Barry Can’t Swim, Dennis Cruz and so many others for continuing to champion this record.

This is a vibe. Another hidden gem that’s become a secret weapon in my sets. There’s definitely a running theme to the records I play – big basslines, huge build-ups and undeniable grooves.

Jorhav – Remind You – Rewards

The first time I heard this, I genuinely thought it had all the ingredients of a Groove P record—big bass, a sassy vocal and serious dancefloor energy. I absolutely love it.

Groove P ft. Adeva – Hold On Honey – Pleased As Punch

My third release on Pleased As Punch, and getting the legendary Adeva on vocals was an absolute coup. Full of her unmistakable sass and attitude, this feels like it could have been shaking the Sound Factory dancefloor in New York back in the late ’90s.
