After doing a fair amount of world touring, Liverpools Ladytron finally managed to get back in the studio to record their third album “Witching Hour”, their first for Island Records. “Sugar” is the lead single, & in its original form it shows instantly how Ladytron have developed a much bigger & better sound, adding plenty of punk funk angst. On the 12” Trevor Jackson delivers a couple of true to form acid house mixes, flipped with a fuzzy attitude overload re-working from Archigram.
